We are now looking for as an experienced Assistant HRBP to join our team and be the relay of the France HR Director at the USSEL Site.

 

As Assistant HRBP, you’ll assist the USSEL Site Director on the HR tasks in conformity with the Company guidelines and the local laws

You’ll work with the French HR team and to the Europe HR team to provide all elements needed to ensure the best performance.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and sustain a good relationship in a benevolent way with all the managers, employees, Works Council members & delegates
  • Actively listen to all people and try to solve the issues with local managers and escalate to Site Director and/or HR Director if needed
  • Show the right example in terms of Safety, Hygiene & Environment as well than in terms of honesty, transparency and behaviour
  • Be fully dedicated to help the site improvement, driven by the Site Director and the HR Director, you will work with all the managers and people needed to make things happen
  • Be the guarantor of a good social climate by providing fast answer to issues people could face and you will facilitate a fair relationship between all departments
  • Provide on a regularly basis a feedback about the social climate
  • Deliver all information regarding labour agreement, payroll, training, HR administration to the French and Europe HR teams
  • Work closely with the other members of the HR French and Europe teams
  • Propose us improvements in your area of responsibility

 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor + 3 specialised in HR or more than 3 years in similar role is essential
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Strong relational building skill and wish to act as Business Partner & team player
  • Continuous improvement oriented
