We seek a Senior Brand Manager to lead the creation and execution of mixed-media marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth and brand recognition for our organization. The ideal candidate will be a naturally creative individual with 5+ years of experience in brand, creative, and/or product management. You will impact the organization's revenue growth and brand recognition through your art direction and omnichannel strategy development. Your ability to gather and analyze data and expertise in building personalized omnichannel customer journeys will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.


You will be responsible for impacting the organization through the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of mixed-media campaigns and provide art direction for all marketing materials, prioritizing the use of personalization and omnichannel strategies
  • Develop and execute impactful and engaging communications and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including experience working with retail channel partners for product launches, packaging, product displays, resets, and working with brand advocates
  • Conduct customer, competitive and market research to ensure all campaigns and products are designed with the customer's needs and pain points in mind while optimizing product-market fit
  • Gather and analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjust brand strategy to align with OKRs and KPIs
  • Build personalized omnichannel customer journeys, defining target clients, buyers, and audience segmentation to enhance awareness and engagement, generate leads, strengthen relationships, and contribute to the organization's revenue growth and brand recognition
  • Manage multiple cross-channel digital and traditional projects with little direction, using Agile, SCRUM, and waterfall methodologies and various project management tools
  • Nurture relationships with customers and vendors to optimize marketing and engagement efforts
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and related wireframing and creative engagement software to create traditional and digital content
  • Use social media management and marketing automation tools effectively
  • Build presentation materials and effectively present to internal and external stakeholders



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in brand, creative, and/or product management
  • A portfolio showcasing art direction, mixed-media campaigns, and omnichannel strategies supported by metrics is required
  • Window and door experience is a strong asset
  • Bilingual French is a strong asset



  • Naturally creative individual with a passion for leading creative campaigns, preferably with experience in the building industry
  • Expert in art direction, mixed-media campaigns, and omnichannel strategy development
  • Expert copywriter and omnichannel communicator with experience creating content for SEM, websites, and social media platforms
  • Expert in using project management software following agile/SCRUM methodologies, with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Expert in using content and asset management tools, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and related software
  • Experience using SAP, Microsoft Teams, and Yammer is an asset
  • Experience developing 3D/motion graphics is an asset
  • Ability to conduct customer and market research and become a voice of customer advocate is an asset
