Customer Service Representative

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

JELD-WEN Windows & Doors, Canada’s leading window and door brand, is currently seeking an individual for the following position at our Woodbridge location. We are looking for our next great team member to work in a team environment providing exceptional service to our customers. Our vision is to lead the global building products industry with great people creating superior products and delivering excellence in all that we do.

What You Will Do

• Complying with JELD-WEN EH&S requirements, legal requirements including policies,
• Work on PDCA’s related to product improvement
• Process customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Work with JELD-WEN’s internal departments to meet our customers' needs.
• Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
• P.O. collection and processing of paperwork.
• Any other tasks requested by business unit managers (Group Managers)
• Other tasks and duties as required

• Well organized and excellent planning skills
