Supply Chain Management Administrator

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the SCM Administrator will be required to perform the following tasks:

 

Field supplier order confirmations, review, make teh necessary changes in the operating system and file for future reference;

Review and revise all applicable purchase order pricing based on both order confirmation info, as well PPV reports;

Coordinate with Accounts Payable and the Receiving Dept. on any and all invoice distrepancies preventing invoice payment;

Maintain SCM-related data in various platforms and generate/publish associated reports;

Assist the Procurement Dept in other tasks as required;

Assist the Order Management Dept in other task as required.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies and abilities:

 

Post secondary education in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience;

Solid computer skills including experience with ERP platforms + MS applications including Excel, Word and Outlook;

Strong organizational and time management skills with a demonstarted commitment to meeting defined deadlines;

Ability to work under pressure;

Strong interpersonal skills;

Thrives within a team environment.
