Warranty Claims Analyst

 

The position is centered on working with a team of dynamic individuals in providing exceptional warranty service to our Dealers, Home Builders, Contractors and their customers by managing warranty claims that may require repairing or replacing window and door products.

The typical duties would include:

· Perform audits on service cases. Identify failures; work with Customer Care Coordinator and Customer Care Manager to develop and implement strategies for improvement.

· Identify high risk claims and work with case handlers to ensure they are on track to successful resolution.

· Work with Customer Care Coordinator and Customer Care Manager to identify, develop and deliver training programs on working procedure, internal processes and technical. Coordinate with other Customer Care Branch Locations and offices

· Work with Customer Care Coordinator and Customer Care Manager in a continuous improvement environment to initiate, lead and complete PDCA projects. Coordinate with other Customer Care Branch Locations and offices

· Understand installation methods, window ratings, field testing procedures.

· Provide technical support to office. Respond to customer calls relating to technical concerns.

· Act as main point of contact of for Level 2 escalations.

· On-time and in-full completion of special projects as assigned.
