The Millwright will work both individually and as a team with our Maintenance department to manage all machinery used at the facility. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver that puts improvement and efficiency at the forefront of their work. While this is an evening shift position, the successful candidate will work day shift hours to start during the initial training period.




  • Troubleshooting/repairs/installations of automated production equipment to operate safely and efficiently.
  • Calibrate, adjust, and validate equipment to ensure quality operation using hand tools and measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, protractors, or alignment devices as required.
  • Carry out oral & printed work requests by applying corrective actions.
  • Machining, fabricating, and welding for repairing or upgrading of equipment.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and health, safety, and environmental compliances.
  • Assist in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or SOP procedures.
  • Coordinate work assignments/calls to meet production and schedule requirements.
  • Rig/install new equipment as well as set up and verify the functionality of safety equipment.
  • Other duties as required by the manager




  • Red Seal Journeyman Inter-Provincial Certificate
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial and lean manufacturing.
  • Fluent in mechanical drawings and pneumatic schematics.
  • Understand preventative and predictive maintenance utilizing RCFA, 5 Why analysis, and drill down determination.
  • Mechanical knowledge and skills with power transmissions and pneumatic systems.
  • Able to work as team or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FIIX CCMS would be an asset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workloads.
