Inside Sales Support – Winnipeg


Reporting to the Provincial Sales Manager, this position works closely with team members of the marketing, sales and operations departments to ensure continuity in our offering and company goals and objectives. The primary function of the Inside Sales Support person (ISS) is to assist the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) in preparing product orders so they are complete, accurate, and are ready to be placed into production by the Customer Service (CSR) team.  They also assist the TSM in the preparation of customer quotations. The ISS assists in providing timely responses to customer inquiries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Well organized & excellent planning skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of inside sales/customer service systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of inside sales/customer service products and services
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Dependable and looking for a challenge
  • Flexible to work extended hours when required and during peak periods
  • Able to work as a part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Computer Proficient in Word, Power Point, Excel and CAD is required
  • Knowledge and previous experience with direct product quoting would be considered a strength for this position 
  • Experience in the window and Door Industry would be an asset
  • Compliance with all Jeld Wen corporate guidelines and business ethics
