Customer Service Representative - Winnipeg


The ideal candidates should have previous experience in customer service and an understanding of the window and door business would be a definite asset. The right candidates for this position should have some of the following:


  • Excellent communication skills and a customer friendly disposition.
  • 2-3 years of related customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook would be required and experience of the Titan system would be a definite asset.
  • An understanding of electronic pricing catalogues (i.e. Quick Quote).
  • Familiarity with the window and doors industry and the JELD-WEN product line.
  • Strong mathematical and calculation skills.
  • A sense of urgency and willingness to ensure customer concerns and needs are properly met.


In addition, candidates should be solutions oriented, results-driven, career oriented and possess the ability to cultivate business relationships. Related post-secondary or previous experience equivalent would be an asset.
