Hiring Now – Immediate need for new Manufacturing Team Members

Depending on the assignment, our team members may do any of the following duties: 

• Preparing machines for production, including calibration, cleaning, and loading materials.
• Ensuring machines operate at optimal settings for quality and productivity.
• Inspecting finished products for defects and making adjustments as needed.
• Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Identifying and resolving machine issues to minimize downtime
• Maintaining accurate production logs and reports.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Working with other production team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
• Perform mathematical valuations, as well as read and understand technical drawings
• Start of shift preventative maintenance inspection
• Material preparation and material handling
• Work overtime as needed to satisfy customer demands
• Other general warehouse duties as needed

Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.
