JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Purchasing Clerk to join our growing team. 

 

MMI Door, a subsidiary of Jeld Wen, and one of the Nation’s largest wholesale suppliers of Doors, Door Hardware, Windows, and Millwork, currently has a position available for an Administrative Coordinator to assist our Manufacturing Division in providing value-added goods and services to our customers.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative functions such as electronic and physical filing; scanning, copying and organizing documents, and creating company documents.
  • Maintaining electronic documents such as miscellaneous spreadsheets for the office etc.
  • Entering receivers into the ERP software.
  • Processing vendor invoices for payment.
  • Assisting with project order entry, basic credit-pos, screen ordering, etc.
  • Vendor credit follow up and collection.
  • Processing all sample orders and maintaining minimum sample supplies.
  • Reman and inventory adjustments.
  • Inventory Cycle counts.
  • Scheduling service appointments.
  • Project management/clerical
  • Maintain the office supply stock levels and keep the office supply room organized.
  • Assisting other departments administratively as needed.
  • Other administrative functions

 Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products with advance Excel skills. SharePoint & Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise communication with the ability to communicate with people of varying backgrounds and positions.
  • Experience using general office equipment.
  • Strong typing and computer use skills.
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.

Experience:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. An associate degree is preferred.
  • 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience is preferred.
