Warranty Coordinator, Scheduling II

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Warranty Coordinator, Scheduling II to join our growing team.

THE ROLE  

The Warranty Coordinator-Scheduling is tasked with supporting our company’s commitment to provide world-class, after- sales service. The Warranty Coordinator-Scheduling will manage a specific region and communicate directly with these customers to ensure each work order is scheduled in a timely and satisfactory manner. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities 

• Determine if a Jeld-Wen technician or a third-party vendor will complete the work order and assign appropriately.
• Build efficient routes for Jeld-Wen technicians based on job urgency levels to effectively manage area lead times.
• Notify customers of appointment dates.
• Review routes daily to identify open schedule time and routes to optimize.
• Ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution for all incidents of customer dissatisfaction that have been reported. 
• Communicate and collaborate with different business channels to provide customers with timely satisfaction.
• Answer incoming phone calls and take appropriate action to help the customer.
• Maintain excellent communication with all necessary parties and document work orders where applicable.
• Conduct day to day activities utilizing Jeld-Wen core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities  

• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office applications 
• Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.  
• Ability to resolve escalated customer service situations. 
• Demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, or processes. 
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work remotely without supervision.

Education and Experience 

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• 2-4 years working in a Customer Experience environment.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and Dispatch operating platform preferred.
