JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing team. The position can be based in either Kuopio or Vääksy, with flexibility for hybrid work.

 

The Sales Assistant plays a key supporting role within the commercial organisation, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of sales processes, pricing activities, and customer data management. This role provides essential operational support to both internal and external sales teams, helping to maintain high-quality service for customers and enabling the sales organisation to meet its goals efficiently and on time.

 

Starting Salary Range: €34,000 to €42,400 (annual) reflecting the typical range for this role based on experience and skills. In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU) 2023/970, this range is set using objective, gender‑neutral criteria. Final salary depends on experience. We do not use pay history and are committed to equal pay, with transparent and objective pay decisions.

 

Critical Performance Objectives

  • Deliver timely and accurate sales support
  • Ensure price lists are created, updated, and distributed within agreed timelines
  • Maintain correct pricing in all relevant systems
  • Support key customers with accurate data and documentation

 

 

 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 

Pricing Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timely creation of price lists in collaboration with Marketing
  •  Maintain and update pricing in internal systems
  • Identify, correct, and prevent pricing errors
  • Manage price list uploads and updates in Salesforce

Customer & System Management

  • Maintain customer information in Salesforce and Titan
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

Sales Support

  • Maintain key customer Excel files
  • Update and manage key customer price lists
  • Provide general sales support as needed

Other Duties

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

  • Commercial or relevant vocational/business education (e.g., BBA, Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration)

Language Skills

  • Ability to communicate in basic English in written and verbal form
