Marketing Manager Finland

Excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Finland Team. Your role is responsible for developing and delivering strategic, integrated marketing and communications plans that are compelling and competitive for JELD-WEN’s Finnish business.

The Marketing Manager ensures clear alignment to the broader marketing strategy and corporate messaging.  Contributing directly to the business objectives for Finland, and responsible for delivery of customer focused communications, demand generation programs, developing brand awareness and supporting sales.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Europe and working closely with marketing colleagues across Europe.   This important role is to create and coordinate marketing plans with channel partners and the local sales organisation and ensure that these plans are executed.

• Communication plans that generate Marketing qualified leads 
• Sales support that helps to convert interest
• Development of Finnish marketing plan and management of budget
• Leadership and development of marketing team
• Deliver and execute the marketing strategy that is client focused, meets business objectives and is delivered on time and within budget
• Coordination of joint marketing strategies, with channel partners, focussed on building products industry.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 4+ years working in a marketing role
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing multi-channel communication plans.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience with digital marketing and email marketing platforms preferred
• Applied knowledge of Web Content Management Systems
• Excellent writing skills and a good communicator in Finnish and English
