Territory Sales Manager

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • 50% of time supporting the dealer relationship, including the dealer sales team
  • 25% of time with architects
  • 25% of time with builders
  • Drive LCD sales at existing LCD dealers and develop new LCD dealers
  • LCD product and process expert
  • Understand commercial aspects of stile and rail product
  • Understand codes and code compliance
  • Develop and achieve annual sales forecast and accurate budget proposals.
  • Aggressively pursue and secure new sales opportunities.
  • Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to plan activities, manage accounts, manage contacts, identify and track opportunities, manage leads and communicate pertinent information.
  • Provide product and solution expertise.
  • Facilitate services which may include: initial consultation, performance analysis, code compliance, design assistance and implementation, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and shop drawings, specifications, product mock-ups and samples.
  • Assist and coordinate site survey, field testing and on-site installation guidance.
  •  Analytical - Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.
  • Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
  • Oral Communication - Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Participates in meetings.
  • Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Able to read and interpret written information.
  • Cost Consciousness - Develops and implements cost saving measures; Conserves organizational resources.
