JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager, Minneapolis to join our growing team.

 

THE ROLE
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for 
taking continuous actions to maximize sales with existing customers and pursuing new sales opportunities with prospective customers. By continually maintaining a professional image of the company, in this role, you should be able to display passion and in-person presentation skills. This person will report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

 

Territory: Mid-West (MN, WI, IL, and MO) located in Minneapolis, MN

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Develop and achieve annual sales forecast and expense budget.
  • Aggressively pursue and secure new sales opportunities.
  • Plan activities, manage accounts, manage contacts, identify, and track opportunities, manage leads, and communicate pertinent information.
  • Assist with dispute resolution.
  • Provide product and solution expertise.
  • Focus efforts on high selling activities to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
  • The employee will be required to travel in support of sales, training, and service management.  Some overnight travel required. include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

 

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the window and door or construction or building supply industry.
  • Ability to read Blueprints and knowledge to perform window and door take-offs preferred. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software, Electronic Pricing Catalogue, Other Electronic Pricing Methods (MQS/M2O, etc.), Expense Reporting Program, and Internet Web Browser.

Expected pay for this role is between $74,200.00 to $123,600.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.​
