Supply chain master planner - nordic countries

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Supply chain master planner - nordic countries to join our growing team.

Are you an experienced Supply Chain Professional looking for the next step in your career?

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Supply Chain Master Planner to join our team based in Estonia. You will report into the Supply Chain Director and be responsible for balancing production and inventory levels with demand, both aggregate and detailed, to support targets consistent with customer service levels, inventory turn targets, and capacity utilization/staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and validate the monthly supply and production Master Plan, secure a balanced capacity and demand plan across each production plant/distribution terminal
• Manage and monitor inventory in terminals for right level and mix
• Manage operational gaps in supply together with plants and markets, point of escalation for supply issues for terminals and plants
• Manage changes in the supply network and product phase-in/phase-out
• Monitor performance across the supply chain.
• Support the IBP/S&OP for NE with supply side planning
• Support procurement with forecasts and bulk ordering of certain materials

Experience/ Knowledge:

• Experience from a similar role with an international company. Experience in an IBP/S&OP process is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) technical and non-technical information in normal and stressful situations on a daily basis to both higher and lower hierarchy levels
• Ability to appreciate differing perspectives and experiences and foster genuine consensus among groups from different backgrounds and functional organizations
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using personal knowledge and relevant tools
• Financial acumen to understand IBP/S&OP plan implications for profitability and affordability
• Highly numerate. Analysing and manipulating multiple sources of data
