This is an excellent opportunity for you to join us in a key position as Project Sales Area Manager. You will be part of our project sales team whilst playing a significant role in ensuring continued success in our business.

 

Your role


As Project Sales Area Manager at JELD-WEN Estonia, you will be responsible for acquiring new project customers and maximising sales growth from existing customers within your assigned district in Estonia. You will join a project sales team consisting of three highly dedicated and experienced colleagues. Based at our sales office in Tallinn, you will be working closely with our retail and inside sales teams. Reporting to the Project Sales Manager of Estonia, the scope of the role is to act as the bridge between our project customers and our JELD-WEN Estonia sales organisation to meet and exceed business goals. You will be interacting and communicating the value of our products to our existing and new project customers within the construction industry.


Your responsibilities
 

  • Developing new and existing business opportunities within your district
  • Identifying and prospecting new potential project customers
  • Be a reliable partner for our project customers and architects while ensuring further commercial success
  • Effectively develop a network with project sales customers
  • Creating a pipeline and expanding your existing customer portfolio
  • Responsible for ensuring profitable price offers, sent out on time, according to client requests
  • Analyse and investigate the market situation
  • Maintaining accurate track of all sales activity via CRM-system, preparing forecasts and reports to ensure effective forward planning
     

Your skills and experiences
 

  • Experience from a similar sales role, preferably from the construction or retail industry
  • A proven track record within business development
  • A relevant business degree, or the equivalent vocational qualification
  • Commercially-minded and strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relations
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Well-accustomed to working with Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must hold a driving license
  • Fluency in oral and written Estonian, and good communication skills in English
