JELD-WEN is currently seeking a EU Procurement Systems Manager to join our growing team.
JELD-WEN is seeking a dynamic and analytical European Procurement Systems Manager to join our European Procurement Team. This role is based in Tallinn, Estonia, with opportunities for remote/flexible office.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support & Reporting
- Provide analytical and project support to the VP Procurement Europe and the broader European Procurement team.
- Manage and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (MS Office Suite, ERP master data, spend analytics).
- Oversee procurement project databases and KPI reporting to internal stakeholders.
Systems Implementation & Process Improvement
- Drive changes by implementing the new internal procurement system and processes, continue the procress of digitalizing the JELD-WEN procurement reporting and functional acitivites.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to drive digitalization and system integration.
- Ensure high data quality and automation of KPI reporting.
Spend & Market Analysis
- Analyze internal spend data, supplier information, and market indices to support sourcing decisions.
- Provide actionable insights to category managers through supply market intelligence.
Forecasting & Performance Tracking
- Develop procurement forecasts and budgets; conduct variance analysis.
- Construct leadership reports and departmental scorecards.
- Support cross-functional teams with procurement-related data and insights.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related commercial discipline.
- Prior experience in managing teams or leading cross-functional projects is required.
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and BI tools (e.g., SharePoint, PowerBI, Tableau, databases).
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis in an international environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Swedish) are a plus.
- High energy, proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain a regular cadence of reporting and analysis.
