Role Summary 
The Learning and Development Trainer plays a critical role in designing and delivering a broad range of learning and development courses which support and enable individuals to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience, to add value and drive organisational performance.  


Critical Performance Objectives
•    Achieve the DDI Certification: Facilitator Certification Process (FCP).  Training will be provided.
•    Effective delivery of European Frontline Leaders Development Programme in line with planned schedule.
•    Through effective training delivery and coaching support,  contribute to the increase of metrics aligned with Employee Engagement and Employee Retention. 
•    Any agreed and approved training delivery to be within budget.


Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
•    Facilitate and support the programme delivery of the European Frontline Leaders Development Programme (in-person and virtually). 
•    Facilitate  and deliver a variety of training programmes to employees, through face-to-face, hybrid (blended) and virtual learning.
•    Confidently engage with learners of varying abilities, using a broad range of training methodologies and questioning techniques.
•    Support in the design of learning resources to contribute to a ‘just-in-time’ learning approach.
•    Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to plan and prepare the implementation of any training courses including administration, diary management and database management.
•    To live by the JELD-WEN Values and lead by the JELD-WEN Leadership Model, to build businesses ethically and safely, to invest in people, to inspire customers through innovations, to deliver on our promises and to improve every day.


Skills and Experience
•    Experience of the facilitation and evaluation of leadership and management content and or programs.  
•    Current knowledge of best practice and industry trends in learning and development with an understanding of how to deliver solutions in a large, complex organisation
•    Understanding of the full learning cycle and how to both adapt and deploy according to the learning need
•    Strong team player who can work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Competent in Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint and MS Teams .
•    Experience of working with psychometrics and profiling tools would be desirable.


Education / Qualifications
•    DDI Certification: Facilitator Certification Process (FCP) and or Master Certified Practitioner (MCP) is desirable.
•    A formal coaching qualification and demonstrated experience is desirable.
•    HR/L&D Qualification, or equivalent higher education qualification is desirable.


Language Skills
•    It is essential for fluency in both German and English languages both written and spoken. 
•    Additional languages are advantageous, however not essential.


Additional Information
•    Willingness to travel to JELD-WEN locations across Europe.
•    Full driving license, with capability and willingness to drive lease vehicles in other European countries.
