We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who is either an experienced recruitment consultant or currently thriving in an in-house role, ready to take on new challenges.
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for France, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your ability to negotiate effectively and adapt to changing environments will be crucial in sourcing the best talent for our global operations. Working closely with HR, you will recruit for both production and corporate roles and also have the opportunity to engage in significant projects, employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience, contributing to our reputation as a top employer.
This is a hybrid role: Remote/Eauze. The role benefits from 25 days of paid leave per year + Between 8 and 12 days of “RTT”. Holiday bonus : 0.4 of a month's salary, 70% paid in July and 30% paid in November, Incentative agreement based on performance of the France plants : approximately 9% of the quarter's salary, paid each quarter. Health : 87% of the health insurance is covered by the company. Supplementary pension : contribution by the company of 3% and by the employee of 3%.
What impact you will make:
- Enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, boosting our service quality and strengthening our employer brand.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear and comprehensive recruitment briefs for each role.
- Create strategic recruitment plans, including writing compelling job ads, selecting the best recruitment channels, and setting efficient hiring timelines.
- Manage communications with candidates and agencies, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Lead direct hiring initiatives through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Support hiring managers during interviews, ensuring candidate feedback is consistently gathered and recorded.
- Work closely with HR and Compensation teams to align salary expectations and negotiate offers.
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house setting with experience of sourcing for niche roles.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organised and the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Manufacturing recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
