Position: Quality Control Inspector

Shift: 1st Shift – required to occasionally work night shift.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities: The Quality Control Inspector will help ensure that all products meet established standards of quality and safety. They conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and finished products, identifying any defects or deviations from specifications. The inspector collaborates with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Additionally, they maintain detailed records of inspections and test results to support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies in products.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data and test results to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures. Knowledge of site-specific AAMA requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Effective in conveying quality issues and collaborating with production teams.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed inspection records.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform inspections and tests, which may involve standing for long periods.
