Job Description:

           

Job Duties:

  • Purchasing all non-inventory supplies
  • Maintenance of vendor relations and vendor contact data base
  • Communication & interactions with vendors/suppliers
  • Research alternative parts and supplies, ensuring equal or better quality and lower prices
  • Maintenance of equipment data (will input information in CMMS and keep maintained)
  • Spare Parts Inventory System – Stock and continually improve the inventory of spare parts
  • A shared role with manager on inventory audits on a quarterly basis.
  • Using Coupa for purchasing
  • Maintain and Organize the parts room

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, typing)
  • Ability to attend to details, prioritize and multi-task effectively while remaining focused
  • Self-motivated
  • Basic office functions such as copying, filing, faxing and scanning
