Job Summary:

At JELD-WEN, our Customer Care team manages inbound Warranty Claims for consumers. Dealing directly with our end-users, we strive to provide an outstanding customer experience while adhering to our warranties. Through a day you will work with customers to identify their purchase information, validate their warranty, troubleshoot their specific issues, and create solutions to help them find resolutions. The ability to deliver bad news with empathy is paramount to success in this role as we strive every day to provide our customers with an outstanding experience.

  • Associate degree or 2-3 years equivalent Contact Center experience.



  • Answering inbound calls from homeowners and building professionals about warranty claims.
  • Creating, verifying, reviewing, and processing warranty claims submitted via website, phone, and email.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email about warranty claims.
  • Troubleshooting warranty claims to determine best options for resolution.
  • Placing orders and creating dispatches as needed to fulfill resolution obligations.
  • Reviewing photos from customers to determine safety concerns for technicians performing on site repairs.
