JELD-WEN is currently seeking an Sr Pro Services Manager to join our growing team. 

 

THE ROLE

 

The Pro Services Supervisor is responsible for supporting and managing professional sales opportunities within an assigned region. This role collaborates with various internal teams including the Field Sales Group, JELD-WEN Architectural Consultants, Architectural Services Group, National Account Management, and Operations Management to drive sales growth through the PRO channel.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Build, lead and develop a team of Professional Sales Representatives
  • Act as liaison for the Home Center group with JELD-WEN Architectural Services Group and Regional Architectural Consultants.
  • Possess technical ability to read blueprints, complete takeoffs, and provide pricing.
  • Determine the scope of projects, appropriate products, and methods.
  • Support Regional Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers with complex, large volume, and/or high-profile sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed notes on projects, quotes, and closed sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Regional THD Pro personnel.
  • Support OSI relationship and promote partnership nationwide.
  • Research, maintain, and provide market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of JELD-WEN products, warranties, operations, and call centers. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience with specific knowledge of selling to The Home Depot through the PRO channel.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with blueprints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Proficiency with THD MyCD and JELD-WEN Quick Quote quoting systems.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
  • Capability to work in both store environments and safely on construction sites.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office.
