This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the inside sales department efficiently and effectively while providing exceptional customer service skills.



  • Administrative functions such as electronic and physical filing; scanning, copying and organizing documents, and creating company documents.
  • Maintaining electronic documents such as miscellaneous spreadsheets for the office, no charge information, Salesforce, Construct Connect, etc.
  • Scheduling the estimating workflow.
  • Coverage for receptionist including greeting and managing visitors to the plant when necessary.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the company when necessary.
  • Assisting with project order entry, basic c-pos editing, screen ordering, etc.
  • Processing credit card payments.
  • Processing all sample orders and maintaining minimum sample supplies.
  • Keeping the project reference list up to date.
  • Sending out mass information to customers.
  • Maintain the office supply stock levels and keep the office supply room organized.
  • Assisting other departments administratively as needed.
  • Other administrative functions



  • Sitting for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to go out onto the manufacturing floor as needed.
  • Ability to lift minimum of 50lbs.



This position is regularly scheduled for 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM. Hours may vary due to business needs.




  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products with advance Excel skills. SharePoint & Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise communication with the ability to communicate with people of varying backgrounds and positions.
  • Experience using general office equipment.
  • Strong typing and computer use skills.
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.



  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. An Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience is preferred.
