We are looking for a Treasury Administrator and Travel Coordinator who will report into our European Head of Treasury and support the function with both credit card and travel issues.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure adherence with all compliance standards and always operate with integrity
  • Proactively manage all card queries relating to New Cards, Cancellations, Limit amendments and issues with transactions
  • Manage aspects of Concur Travel requirements, ensuring an organized and efficient approach is always used
  • Assisting with resolving Concur queries
  • To help ensure all key Treasury deliverables are completed swiftly and accurately



Experience Required


  • Experience managing or administering a corporate card program is required
  • A working knowledge of Expense Reporting Tools is essential
  • Experience of working in a Treasury or Cash Management function
  • Good organizational skills and an ability to manage and prioritize workload
  • Experience with ERP finance systems, such as SAP
  • Confidence to communicate with all levels within the business and when representing the Company to third parties
  • Experience of cash flow forecasting
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Methodical and analytical approach with a strong attention to detail
