Exciting new pan-European role responsible for the continual evaluation of the efficiency/effectiveness of business processes and procedures within Sales to support a best-in-class customer experience.
You will lead projects that will enable an integrated and standardised approach in terms of process and data, to ensure best practice and collaboration across business functions and stakeholders.
Reporting to the European Sales Operations Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to build an understanding of business processes across Europe, identify areas of improvement opportunity & potential risks. There are excellent training and career progression opportunities available at JELD-WEN.
What your impact will be:

Evaluate the design & operating effectiveness of internal controls, business processes, & procedures within the Sales function.

Supporting the organisation to deliver measurable improvements and a best in class customer experience and journey

Define the scope & approach to implement improvements and address risks.

Drive collaboration between functional stakeholders to enable the development of a Customer Obsession culture within the Business.
What you'll need to succeed:
-
Experienced in successfully building, managing & motivating cross-functional teams relating to Business projects and project management concepts

Minimum five years driving Continuous improvement initiatives
-
A strong background in Process development/improvement

Significant experience in Project Management

Able to analyze complex data, find relevant trends and information to formulate easily digestible reports to drive improvements

Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills
