Here at JELD-WEN Europe, a global organisation that produces and manufacturers Doors and Doorsets, we’re looking for a CPQ Business Analyst to be based in the UK. This is a home-based role working within a growing cross functional team.

 

Reporting to the Customer Experience Program Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the CPQ team at JELD-WEN to continually improve and enhance our INFOR platform. You will be responsible for user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

What your impact will be:

 

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements for the INFOR CPQ solution.
  • The production of appropriate project documentation and performance of other tasks to facilitate the capture of requirements to support business change:
    • Vision papers for proposed projects
    • Feasibility / business case documents
    • Business Requirements documentation
    • High Level Design documentation
    • Detailed Level Design documentation
    • Planning and facilitating requirements gathering workshops and meetings
    • Liaising with business representatives at all levels
  • Work in conjunction with the CX team to refine and deliver business solutions.
  • Support the creation of UAT scripts.
  • Conduct UAT testing both within the Sales Operations team and wider business stakeholders.
  • Produce release communications to key business stakeholders.
  • Post launch provides hypercare support in prioritising and resolving issues raised.
  • Manage reporting requests, understand requirements, build reports, validate business requirements.
  • Experience with managing and resolving user support tickets – looking for ways to improve our INFOR service and operations.

 

What you'll need to succeed:

 

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or within a Systems Analyst role.
  • Experience of software systems implementations is essential.
  • Experience working with any CPQ tool in either admin, support, or development function.
  • Experience with INFOR CPQ would be desirable but not essential.
  • Any experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools would be beneficial.
  • Must have an understanding of a business “quote to cash” process.
  • Able to understand business requirements in relation to CPQ for delivery, development, and configuration actions.
  • The ability to plan and facilitate workshops to define the detailed requirements and the tasks needed for a project.
  • Ability to document complex technical solutions, and deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Evidence of proactive stakeholder management and taking ownership of issues raised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in a complex IT/Engineering/Technical environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Flexible to travel across Europe to various sites including UK and France to support with launch activity.
