Your role:

Working with a mixture of new and existing high-profile nationwide clients, you will maximise sales growth through key stakeholder engagement, campaign management & executing the sales plan.

This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to shape, develop and improve JELD-WEN partnerships with key external and internal stakeholders at various levels to leverage opportunities.  Working closely with the wider sales team to support the overall sales strategy.

What your impact will be:
 

  • Budgets - Understands account budgets set by the business & is expected to track & highlight risks if the sales appear not to be on track to hit budget. 
  • Prospecting - explores opportunities to maximise sales across all products. Works to identify and support product sales & support the regional account team to implement the sales plan.
  • Account Management - manages their defined customer base or key stakeholder at an intimate level. Understand their structure, key contacts, and strategy to create & develop customer profiles. 
  • Cross Selling - ensure all products are represented and explore all opportunities to introduce new products.
  • Product knowledge - Competent at a level of understanding our products and the market we serve.
  • Negotiations - involved in pricing opportunities, promotions, incentives & elements of trading agreements supported by the channel sales director.
  • Reporting - monthly reporting highlighting risks & opportunities, customer feedback or changes, competitor activity in the market. Individual sales successes & areas for improvement will also be required to be reported each month.

 

What you'll need to succeed:
 

  • Experience within construction industry or equivalent & understanding their organisational structure
  • Strong communication, influencing and networking skills
  • Ambitious, driven, & personable
  • Strong time management including planning & organising
  • Self-motivation and personal ownership for development
  • Passionate sales professional
  • Results driven
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Full UK driving license
