Shifts: Continental pattern of day shifts & night shifts (day shift: 6 am – 6 pm & night shift: 6 pm – 6 am)

Your Mission

As a key player in our multi-disciplined team, you’ll be the lynchpin in ensuring both planned and reactive work aligns with our site priorities. You'll play a pivotal role in developing our Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and Planned Maintenance Routines—all while championing continuous improvement.

Your Day-to-Day

• Work with the factory team to implement the strategic plan for the site
• Carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works and repairs
• Tackle mechanical and electrical breakdowns onsite
• Fault-finding on a range of PLC-controlled production equipment
• Provide robust support to site teams, ensuring compliance with company legislative requirements
• Updating and working from the site CMMS.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Familiarity with planned preventative maintenance
• Ability to fault find, repair, and provide solutions to problems
• NVQ3 or equivalent in both a mechanical and electrical engineering or similar discipline
• Competency in using IT systems effectively
• Local to Sheffield.
