As House Builder Coordinator, you’ll understand and interpret customers' door-kits and door-set enquiries from which to produce an accurate order, with excellent attention to detail is required.

 

A key element of this role is communication with the customer, keeping them informed of progress on both supply and aftersales.

 

Remodel technical door-set and door-kit activities towards world class performance; make continuous improvement standard practice.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Booking in enquiries onto system
  • Contacting customers direct by phone and email if further information is required
  • Delivers customer service within and across all levels of the business
  • Prioritise the customer needs, ensuring accuracy first time every time
  • Contacting Sales Teams and Line Managers to expedite enquiries through to order
  • Ability to compare and contrast, data analysis
  • Maintain regular contact with your customer base
  • Inbound and outbound calls

 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Previous administration / data input experience within a large organisation is preferred
  • Previous experience of working with customers and taking customer calls via phone
  • Good examples given of developing self and others (the desire to learn)
  • Excellent IT skills for analysis and a good working knowledge of Excel and Word would be advantageous
  • Previous experience of working with specific guidelines is advantageous
  • Previous experience of the building industry would be advantageous
  • Ability to champion the Jeld-Wen Values

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • GCSE 'C' or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Highly motivated, with real passion for people and getting the job done
