Key Objective of the Role

 

To deal with customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, whilst following company procedures. To give world class levels of customer service

 

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Deal with inbound & outbound phone calls.
  • Salesforce system and emails on a daily basis
  • Sales order processing
  • Quotations
  • Aftersales
  • To deliver exceptional customer service, both verbal and written on every interaction with the customer.
  • To follow company processes & procedures
  • To identify sales opportunities within customer queries & quotes
  • To make outbound calls to customers notifying them of failure dates
  • To escalate customer dissatisfaction to your Direct Manager if necessary

  • Previous experience in a customer service call centre role dealing with a high volume of work

  • Experience of seeking solutions for customers
