Here at JELD-WEN UK, a global organisation that produces and manufactures Doors and Doorsets, we’re looking for a Salesforce SCRUM Master. We are excited to announce this brand-new role within our European IT function to be based in the UK. This is a home-based role working within a growing cross functional team and offers opportunity to be hands on with the latest Salesforce products.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, you will play a key role in expanding the European Salesforce solution as part of major transformation roadmaps. You will lead the Salesforce SCRUM team, champion Agile practices, and facilitate SCRUM processes to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Working closely with Product Owners and developers, you will drive pace, quality, and adherence to Agile principles, while also supporting wider delivery activities as required. Salesforce experience is essential.
We offer this role on a permanent basis, offering a £60,000-£70,000 annual salary, 25 days holiday with the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days, 7.5% pension, private health insurance (BUPA), electric car salary sacrifice scheme and opportunities to grow and develop your career.
What impact you will make:
- Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives specifically tailored for Salesforce release cycles. Ensuring that these meetings are conducted effectively and efficiently with clear outcomes and ownership.
- Coach the development team and product owners on agile principles and practices. Always looking for improvements across delivery.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative and empowered team environment.
- Identify and resolve technical or functional bottlenecks, such as environment availability (sandboxes), integration issues, or deployment conflicts.
- Collaboration with Product Owners to help deliver the backlog.
- Foster continuous improvement within the team by identifying areas for refinement and implementing solutions.
- Act as a servant leader, supporting the team in achieving their goals and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and principles.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and between the team and other stakeholders. Ensure that information flows smoothly and that everyone is kept informed about the progress of the project.
- Ensuring day-to-day delivery is on track based on agreed capacity and run rate within each SPRINT.
- Carry out daily monitoring of board activity and developer performance.
- Identifying bottlenecks and challenging team where required to ensure pace is maintained.
- Build and manage reporting through JIRA and various tools to be able to show output and tracking of development team through SPRINT cycles.
What you'll need to succeed:

- Experience working with Salesforce and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
- Ability to influence across teams and drive change management.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master within the Salesforce estate.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles, with experience implementing Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and ceremonies, and to resolve conflicts within the team.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience of ensuring delivery pace and driving developer performance through AGILE delivery.
- Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Ability to adapt and respond to change, and to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Starting Salary Range: (Minimum range to Mid-range), reflecting the typical range for this role based on experience and skills.
