JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Compliance and CAM Programming Specialist to join our growing team.
American Building Supply (ABS), a subsidiary of Jeld Wen, and one of the Nation’s largest wholesale suppliers of Doors, Door Hardware, Windows, and Millwork. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Compliance and CAM Programming Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required certifications and standards while facilitating smooth communication among engineering, production, and sales departments.

Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage certifications including FSC, SCS, Intertek, and recycled content audits.
- Ensure compliance with fire ratings, build specifications, and relevant codes, interpret documentation and determining what can and cannot be constructed.
- Perform complex calculations and manage necessary paperwork related to door build specifications and processes.
- Advocate for and communicate specifications to ensure adherence across all teams.
- Utilize AutoCAD to read and interpret technical drawings and machining templates.
- Program and manage CNC (Alphacam) operations, ensuring precision and quality in production.
- Exercise strong attention to detail in compliance and certification management systems.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and sales teams to streamline operations.
- Manage CNC tooling and hardware used on-site, ensuring inventory accuracy and availability.
- Oversee transfer of KVAL routing program to production floor, resolve issues, enter parameters for program as needed, correct programs and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Create production packets for operators to machine doors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance management and engineering processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CNC programming (Alphacam).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for calculations and specifications.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills to address specification adherence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Expected pay for this role is between $54,200.00 to $90,500.00 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
