JELD-WEN is currently seeking an Supervisor, Inside Sales to join our growing team.
The Opportunity
American Building Supply (ABS), a subsidiary of Jeld Wen, and one of the largest wholesale suppliers of Doors, Door Hardware, Windows and Millwork, is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Manager to assist our Retail Sales Team in providing value-added goods and services to our customers. This person will work with an experienced retail sales team representing and selling our extensive line of products.

Reporting directly to the Vice-President – Sales, Lowe’s, this position will be responsible for providing sales support (administrative and project-based) and working cross-functionally to drive ABS company and retailer led initiatives.
Preference will be given to candidates that possess the following qualities:

What You Will Do
• Working Manager Role:
• This role will engage and support work being done while managing a team
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new inside sales representatives.
• Train and develop sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage.
• Coach and mentor individual sales reps to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
• Motivate and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with overall company goals.
• Set individual and team sales targets and quotas.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies.
• Monitor sales pipeline and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Sales Operations Management:
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Engage field sales team to support leads generation and issue resolution
• Oversee CRM system usage to track sales activities and performance metrics.
• Monitor call quality and sales presentations to ensure adherence to standards.
• Implement sales enablement tools and processes to enhance team effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Regularly review sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.
• Generate detailed sales reports and present insights to senior management.
• Identify areas where sales reps need additional training or support.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• A proven track record of strong leadership and coaching skills
• Strong knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
• Data Analysis and Reporting capabilities
• Positive outgoing attitude
• Excellent work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel and some weekends required

Expected pay for this role is between $69,900.00 to $116,400.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
