Are you an experienced Account Manager or someone within the manufacturing or building products industry who understands the technical aspects of a product and wanting to move into a customer facing role? We are looking for an Account Manager to manage our North West region.


You will be responsible for growing sales within our frames and stairs products, building relationships with regional developers/ end users by utilising the merchant branch network and external Area Sales Representatives within the North West.




  • Explore opportunities to maximise sales across all products. Work with Regional Developers / End Users to utilise our service propositions and add value.
  • Ensure quotes are chased and followed up, work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise sales.
  • Take ownership to fully understand the overall sales budget.
  • Be competent in measuring stairs and frames on site and where it is the right commercial decision utilise the technical support team to win larger projects.
  • Take ownership of customer base, ensuring contacts are kept up to date within Salesforce, understand the breakdown by customer / group, which customers are growing and declining and be competent to give an overview of the ledger, what actions are in place to deliver growth.
  • Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers to maximise sales and execute the overall Merchant Sales Plan and Strategy.
  • Use of the Salesforce / RAM Dashboard to identify risks, opportunities, and priorities.
  • Explores opportunities to maximise sales across all products. Work with Regional Developers / End Users to utilise our service propositions and add value.


Experience Required:


  • Merchant Background Preferable
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Customer Focused
