Quality Control Inspector

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team.

Quality Inspector

Job Duties:

Inspect all aspects of windows and doors manufactured within the Plant against published quality standards. 

Able to read and interpret drawings, use a tape measurer, calipers and basic knowledge of utilizing an I-Pad. 

Able to effectively communicate with hourly production employees to include training them on their job tasks. 

Coach employees when quality defects are identified. 

Effectively communicate with Group Manages and Leaders, coaching and collaborating with them on solutions to quality obstacles. 

Able to write Standard Operating Procedures and fill out various reports.  Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day, operate in a non-airconditioned manufacturing environment. 

Able to be coached and able to quickly learn quality standards.

Expected pay for this role is between $23.77 to $25.51  per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
