Production Shift Supervisor

We’re currently recruiting multiple Production Shift Supervisors to lead our Assembly, Finishing, Goods In and Despatch teams.

With a third production line launching in early 2026, we’re expanding our capabilities and driving operational excellence. As a Production Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of this journey – leading your team, championing safety, and delivering outstanding results.

Start Date: 5th January 2026
Location: Penrith
Shifts: Rotating 3-shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am)

What your impact will be:

• Drive production activities towards world-class performance; make continuous improvement standard practice; inspire your team towards hitting their targets.
• Safety management and improvement. Pro-active SIO approach.
• Maintain connection between hourly boards and the Value Stream PSQDCI Gemba board.
• Management of team members’ performance and contributions, including absenteeism and discipline.
• Continuous improvement of production processes impacting quality and productivity.
• Achieve volume ‘batch compliance’ resulting in exceptional OTIF performance.
• Be responsible for the value stream product quality standards and the continuous improvement of these standards through system compliance and demonstrable 3c prioritisation and achievement.
• Drive the 5S programme – maintain the 5S standards and enforce high standards of compliance.

• Experience of managing a multi-disciplined team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A proven track record of delivering PSQDCI results
• A positive can-do attitude and a motivational approach to teamwork
• A safety-first mentality.
