Field Service Technician position in the Portland market. This position is responsible for working in conjunction with the Warranty Service Coordinator to ensure product complaints are resolved effectively and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions
- Exposure to weather
- Lifting up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Heights above 50 feet [Boom lift & over the edge certification will be required].
- Occasional travel - up to 20-40%.
Scheduling
- These positions are regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (hours vary) with occasional Saturdays and frequent overtime as required.

Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with the company’s safety effort by leading by example and abiding by all safety policies.
- Perform in-field service repairs, evaluations, and inspections, per specified processes.
- Create Service Reports after each service call, accurately describe work completed and work to be performed.
- Interact professionally directly with customers at all times
- Manage schedule to arrive on-site with necessary tools and materials to perform scheduled work
- Accurately diagnose and report all product faults, failures, and errors.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong product knowledge
- Self-motivated and works efficiently with little supervision
- Able to effectively solve problems as they arise
- Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Experience using general office equipment
- The ability to apply special relationships in a practical application
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Department of Motor Vehicle record
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of job-related experience and/or training is preferred

Expected pay for this role is between $21.20 to $35.33 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
