General Production

Shift Available: 2nd (2pm-10pm), 3rd (10pm-6am)

The General Production associate assists with the production of our fiberglass door products and ensures that quality standards are met and maintained.

Essential Functions: The essential functions of this position are as follows:

• Entry-level manufacturing position - we will train!
• Continuously monitors for quality production.
• Prevents, detects, and reports defective materials.
• Meets established efficiency, quality and production goals.
• Tracks quantity of parts produced per company's standard work procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: The essential qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Reliable transportation required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Technical education is welcome but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and product specifications and build sheets.
