Customer Care Representative 


The position is centered on providing exceptional warranty service to our Dealers, Home Builders, Contractors and their customers by managing warranty claims that may require repairing or replacing window and door products. You will be part of a dynamic team of individuals committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. 

The typical duties would include: 

  • Gather and assess information to make appropriate warranty determinations.  

  • Process warranty requests according to standard operating procedures. 

  • Communicate all relevant information pertaining to the claim to the homeowner, builder, or dealer as required. 

  • Work with Field Technicians to determine the best approach for a long-term solution to the claim. 

  • Order service parts and products required to repair windows and doors. 

  • Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing or Production. 

  • Follow Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. 

  • Assist Department Manager and team with departmental process improvements.

  • Must be reliable with a dependable nature.  

  • Must have strong typing skills, with ability to type over 55 WPM
