Responsible for achieving sales growth and multi-line penetration of all company products. Accounts include Carter and Do It Best.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities


  • Specialize in sales, management, and service to an assigned National Builder Customers.
  • Develop and achieve sales volume and expense budgets.
  • Develop relationships with national and regional buyers regarding performance of existing programs to convert new business, implementation of new programs, and identify new opportunities.
  • Be a products, service, and installation knowledge expert.
  • Improve and update marketing efforts regularly and assist in the development of specification of JELD-WEN products
  • Provide monthly updates of all actions and issues to company operations and sales departments.
  • Other duties may be assigned


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities


  • Outstanding Sales skills including Salesforce utilization 
  • Must be able to develop goals and implement procedures for their accomplishment 
  • Possess ability to build and maintain relationships and contacts  
  • Must possess a good business sense to be able to identify profitable business opportunities 
  • Building materials industry knowledge preferred
  • Computer skills needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software, Quick Quote, M2O, Expense Reporting Program, and Internet Web Browser.


Education and Experience


  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
  • A minimum of 5+ years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in the window and door industry.
