Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our growing team.

MRP  Key tasks:

•             Balance customer demand and raw material supply

•             Prepare quarterly vendor raw material FCST and update ABC/XYZ analysis, MRP parameters

•             Budget and plan the raw material inventory levels

•             Achieve raw material inventory goals and delivery performance OTIF-Goals

•             Project management for vendor + material substitution projects (JEM), expected JEM savings + 50K € yearly

•             Update ERP BOM for new product implementation

•             Optimization and automation of all MRP-workflows in PPSL

•             Develop KPI/PI reports with IT and use for daily work (stock coverage, open PO’s, etc.)

•             People management: promotions of team members, development, living the JW values

•             Schedule, process and evaluate quarterly inventory counts RAW material + WIP

•             Operative daily tasks ( 10 raw material Dispo group, EKAER, Statistics, ordering process -POs,OCs , bookings etc.)

•             scrapping process

•             3D press Plandruck and closing in PPSL

YOUR PROFILE

• University/ college degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• Experience with ERP systems
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
