Financial Planning & Analysis Coordinator (m/f/d)

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our growing team.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

The core task is to support the local FP&A Manager in setting up a KPI-led production, as well as in the preparation of monthly financial statements and periodic group reports. You will also be responsible for the preparation of HR and management report.

Your main tasks will include in particular:

• Support financial reporting process regarding Actuals and Rolling Forecast, Month End statistics, Reporting package for Corporate
• Monthly review of IC and external pricing (Finished products and Purchased goods, NPI price calculations, Ad-hoc price queries)
• Transfer price calculations
• Inventory movement analysis support
• Material productivity projects (Monthly verification of de-/inflation and category management driven projects, Monthly verification of local material productivity projects, Verification of BOM-%?
• Support biweekly Actual vs. Forecast process (Sales/MCOS/Labor/OH/SGA)
• Support JEM projects (cost saving projects)
• Develop Operation KPI reports.
• Support to develop an Investment Roadmap (ROI and NPV calculation for entire production machines)
• Support quality for updating the SCRAP and REWORK costs.
• Support HR with data preparation for payroll, create weekly, perodicly, monthly and ad hoc  reports: HC resource utility rate, absence rate, overtime plan/act, and several other month end reports etc.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Completed University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Finance/Accounting
• At least 3 years’ experience in Finance/Controlling
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach, loyal team player in a matrix organization
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent Hunagrian is a must
• At least intermediate in written and spoken English, other foreign languages are an advantage.
• be a committed, loyal, reliable person who can work under pressure and manage deadlines well.
