JELD-WEN is currently seeking a SALES SUPPORT - ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE GROUP to join our growing team.

SALES SUPPORT – ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE GROUP

Summary:  Support Architectural Consultants, Territory Salespeople and Traditional Dealers with all aspects of Commercial Project and High-End Residential Sales.  Must be detail oriented, able to meet timelines and be organized to ensure all project details are stored in project files and can be retrieved easily.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Submittal Drawings with CADD group
• Communicate with production facilities about large projects, head project meetings as required.
• Assist with non-standard product Special Deviation Request
• Co-ordinate special wood and clad trim development to assist in winning projects.

• Process Commercial Project orders for Custom/EpicVue factory, ensuring that all items meet the project requirements and match submittal drawings.

• Work with JELD WEN data teams on new options and corrections to data option selections in both QuickQuote and Titan Data bases
• Work with R & D as needed for PG/DP requirement on projects.
• Learn all Jeld Wen Window products.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills.  Written and verbal
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Self-starter – Good time management skills with ability to prioritize highest need
• Good computer skills – Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook
• Titan and Quick Quote knowledge helpful
• Construction knowledge/experience helpful
