This role is a REMOTE role


We are looking for a highly motivated technically proficient person that can assist our team by translating business needs into electronic reality on multiple platforms (SharePoint, TeamGuru, etc.). 


Principle Duties and Responsibilities


  • Upkeep and changes to NA Operations dashboard
  • Build reports and dashboards
  • Develop and implement new configurations or customizations
  • Interface with internal and 3rd party application owners to get information from one system to another accurately and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain SharePoints as needed
  • Write and maintain all SOP documentation related to new or changed processes implemented
  • Train all affected parties on new processes or updates to existing processes
  • Perform ad-hoc development work in support of department initiatives


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities


  • Foundation of knowledge around SharePoint servers and services
  • High level of working knowledge in Excel – macros, .csv files, APIs, file transfer processes
  • Ability to translate customer needs into tangible implementation plans
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, oral, and written skills
  • Track record of working effectively within a team and supporting peers to achieve improved processes and results
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities


Education and Experience


  • Bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems or related field or commensurate experience
  • Experience with programming, data transfer methods and SharePoint
