General Production

Hourly rates starting from $16.82 + a $1.00 shift differential for second shift

Shifts – First (7:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.) and second (7:30 P.M. to 07:30 A.M.) Overtime Available as needed.

Must be available to work both shifts.

A typical day for a General Production team member might include:

• Operating small or large machines
• Work on fiber lines, grading door skins, pulling carts, clean-up
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Inspect all product for quality
• Machining products for hardware installation
• Material preparation and material handling
• Staging and packaging finished product for delivery
• Working with the team to achieve safety, quality and production goals
• Standing for 12 hours per day
• Pulling, bending, twisting, reaching 
• Lifting up to 60 pounds 
• Other manufacturing duties as needed

Skills You Will Need:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Punctual attendance 
• Safety mindset
• Dependable
