Electrician

• Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Installation: Install new electrical components and systems, including wiring, control panels, and sensors, following blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and preventing production interruptions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, electrical codes, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications, and update electrical schematics as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance staff, engineers, and production teams to resolve electrical issues and improve system reliability.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and perform necessary repairs to restore operations quickly.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Electrical Technology or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician, with experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment highly desirable.
• Journeyman electrician license required.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
