We are the European market leader for steel frames and a leading supplier of steel doors in Europe. For our Sales team we are currently looking for a Sales Project Manager for immediate appointment. This role is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the Czech Republic region.
We are seeking a proactive Sales Project Manager with solid experience in the construction industry to drive strategic growth, manage sales projects, and strengthen customer relationships.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as expand into new markets (with a focus on Slovakia), and support strategic budgeting through market research
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales and project execution across departments, ensuring timely, error-free delivery and cost optimization
- Develop and implement standardized sales processes based on KPIs, and manage project acquisition including negotiations and offer preparation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and advise stakeholders such as architects and general contractors
- Oversee customer onboarding, including database setup, business rule definition, and delivery of training sessions for clients and architects
- Monitor construction site schedules, record technical specifications (e.g. door elements), and coordinate the ordering process
- Prepare monthly project reports and performance evaluations
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high service quality
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in a project-based sales role
- Strong network and contacts within the construction industry
- Proven skills in contract management and negotiation
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Czech native and English level: min. B1
