We are looking for a Senior Reward Specialist to join our team here at JELD-WEN based in Denmark, however you will be working across Europe.


In this key role, you will have a strong impact on driving and steering the Reward agenda for JELD-WEN Europe. This will be done in close cooperation with professional and dedicated colleagues on all levels, in particular with our European HR Leadership Team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the annual European compensation cycle including merit and bonus (data audit, communication, training, support)
  • Co-drive development and enforcement of polices (car policy, bonus etc.)
  • Support and coordinate global projects in Europe - development, implementation, and deployment
  • Compensation Benchmarking using WTW, Mercer and KF
  • Regional lead on Reward and Recognition (JELD-WEN’s award program)
  • Submit Salary survey data to vendors and update and develop internal pay ranges
  • Monitor and support maintenance of our HR Master Data system
  • Facilitate upload of collective bargaining agreements increases to our HR Master Data system
  • Draft and align merit budgets to relevant stakeholders
  • Continue development and alignment of rewards practices in Europe


Experience/ Knowledge:


  • Experience in similar position, preferably in an international manufacturing company
  • Multi-country experience is an advantage
  • Good stakeholder management understanding
  • A solid understanding of Reward/Comp & Ben including job structures
  • Knowledge or understanding of HRIS systems, preferable SuccessFactors or similar
